It’s equal parts personal development dojo, creative incubator, and social club. It’s a group of people who are just as committed to their own growth as they are to others, and who believe that to go far we must go together.

How It Works
This invite-only program runs 12 months. We’ve designed a cadence of virtual and in-person sessions, structured into three categories:
CIRCLES
After an exploration call, you’ll join a carefully-curated mastermind Circle of 4-5 peers based on your current goals, challenges, and desired growth areas. Your Circle becomes your inner council—the people who see both your brilliance and your blindspots, offering the rare combination of radical honesty and unwavering support that accelerates your vision.
Streams
Optional, cross-Circle sessions that dive deep into timely topics and skill-building—think AI tools, accountability sprints, community growth strategy, branding deep-dives, scaling experiences, etc. Topics will be curated based on your needs and desires. You’re free to drop into any session that sparks your curiosity or aligns with your current focus.
These are fully optional weekly calls. Attend as many (or as few) as you like—Streams are here to amplify your journey, not add noise to your calendar.
While Streams may evolve over time, currently we're focused on the following three:
Accountability – Weekly facilitated sessions for those wanting to accelerate their output.
AI – Bi-weekly sessions with guest experts on staying ahead of the AI wave and doing more with less.
Skills – Bespoke sessions from guest experts, curated based on what members most need.
Assemblies
Two-day events for the entire 30-person cohort to gather in-person. Assemblies balance focused, high-ROI sessions with unstructured free-flow time to connect and deepen with everyone in the mastermind.
Optional, but highly encouraged. Hosted in North America at the beginning of each quarter.
In Addition:
1-1 calls with Samuel
White-glove introductions to key individuals in our network (at our discretion with dual opt-in)
A simple & lightweight forum for async communication (WhatsApp)
Encouragement of organic, emergent Circles based on shared interests

We're being extremely selective about who joins this group, sharing invitations only with stand-out individuals from the existing Experience House community or those personally vetted by our leadership.

What’s Included
Monthly facilitated small-group sessions with your curated Circle—facilitated for depth, clarity, and traction (Circles).

Bi-weekly AI integration calls to level up your creative and operational leverage (Streams).
Monthly expert sessions with industry mavericks on topics like storytelling, finance, community design, and more (Streams).
Admittance to 2 weekend-long mastermind events (Assemblies).
Personalized introductions to potential collaborators, customers, investors, and/or key industry players.
A consistent rhythm of 1-1 sessions and strategic advising with the core XH team.
A private member forum to share updates, ask for help, post opportunities, and stay connected between calls.
How to Join
Spots are extremely limited, with only 6 spots available per industry category. Each Circle is meticulously curated to ensure the right chemistry and complementary expertise.
